This website introduces a planned AI-assisted social media content and scheduling service. Publishing, subscriptions, payments and app downloads are not yet active.
User obligations
You must have the right to use connected accounts and uploaded materials; comply with copyright, privacy, advertising, disclosure and platform rules; and review AI-generated posts for accuracy, legality and suitability before approval or publication.
Publishing and AI errors
AI outputs and scheduled workflows can be inaccurate, delayed, rejected or interrupted. Users may choose review/approval or supported direct-posting options once available. We will provide reasonable controls, but do not guarantee error-free operation, reach, followers, income or platform acceptance.
Fees and partnerships
Prices, revenue-sharing percentages, payment schedules, cancellation and refund terms are not finalized. Any paid arrangement requires separately disclosed terms and affirmative acceptance before charging.
Responsibility and liability
Users are responsible for the content they submit, authorize or publish and for complying with applicable law and platform policies. We remain responsible for obligations imposed on us by applicable law, including our own negligence or unlawful conduct where liability cannot legally be excluded. Nothing here waives non-excludable consumer or statutory rights.

These are preliminary public terms for the introduction website, effective 30 October 2026. Operational contracts, registered business identity, support contacts and jurisdiction-specific clauses must be completed and reviewed before paid launch.

पब्लिशिंग और AI त्रुटियाँ
AI आउटपुट गलत हो सकते हैं और शेड्यूलिंग में देरी या असफलता हो सकती है। भविष्य में समीक्षा/मंजूरी तथा समर्थित डायरेक्ट पोस्टिंग विकल्प उपलब्ध हो सकते हैं। त्रुटिरहित संचालन, व्यूज़, फॉलोअर या आय की गारंटी नहीं है।
फीस और साझेदारी
कीमत, रेवेन्यू शेयरिंग प्रतिशत, भुगतान, कैंसिलेशन और रिफंड शर्तें अभी फाइनल नहीं हैं। शुल्क लेने से पहले सभी शर्तें बताकर सहमति ली जाएगी।
जिम्मेदारी और दायित्व
ग्राहक अपनी अपलोड, मंजूर या प्रकाशित सामग्री तथा लागू नियमों के पालन के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं। हमारी अपनी कानूनी जिम्मेदारियाँ लागू कानून के अनुसार बनी रहेंगी। किसी अनिवार्य उपभोक्ता या वैधानिक अधिकार को यहाँ समाप्त नहीं किया जाता।
